So I finally decided to test a setup.
After configuring my DIR-615 given by TM by following rizvanrp's guide, I managed to do this.
It works. I'm just offering an alternative configuration.

New Unifi setup (only for Huawei HG850a),
New Unifi setup (only for Huawei HG850a),: I've been pondering about my chat with rizvanrp about a year ago or maybe a few months ago (that the Huawei HG850a acts as a hub and sends packets to all ports).
So I finally decided to test a setup.
After configuring my DIR-615 given by TM by following rizvanrp's guide, I managed to do this.
